CPG Product Developer – FT

Saalt is looking for a Full-Time Product Developer to oversee existing projects and bring to market new products in our category. Saalt is already a leader in reusable period care and working on building a full suite of products that provide reusable and sustainable solutions to managing menstrual cycles. You will be responsible for all phases of R&D including overseeing concepting, 3D design, testing, supply chain organization, costing, manufacturing specifications and FDA compliance. This position will contribute tremendously to providing customers with the best personal care options available on the market and keeping Saalt at the highest standard of period care. Inventory Manager - FT

Saalt is looking for a full-time Supply Chain Manager to optimize inventory planning, forecasting, purchasing, shipping, assembly, storage and distribution for a growing line of consumer packaged goods specializing in reusable period care. You will be responsible for maintaining key relationships with suppliers, optimizing the supply chain and oversee distribution of product to retail and wholesale partners to meet market demand and ensure availability of product. You'll help meet growing demand for company products and help support rapid growth for existing product sales volume and develop systems to source and distribute new product launches. You will also ensure compliance to FDA compliant Quality System procedures for medical devices and assist in training company employees and supporting regulatory compliance, reporting and audits.
